Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the "Agreement"). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

Although you may "bookmark" a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms. Since Ballroom Fashion may revise this Agreement at any time, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use.

Payment

For domestic orders,
We accept  Paypal, cashier's check or money order. We also accept personal checks, but extra time will be needed while waiting for the check to clear the bank. For all international orders, We accept Paypal, Western Union transfers, and wire bank transfers. We require full payment for the gown plus shipping before the gown will be sent. If needed, we can accept a 65% deposit, and the remaining 35% balance is due upon completion.  Unfortunately , we only accept 100% payment  for all Bank transfer payments. When the item  is finished, we will email you a  photo of it.
If there will be any changes to the item, you will advise us before the item is delivered.

Returns and Delivery

Each item is inspected carefully before we deliver.   However, if we have missed a flaw or if there is a problem, please notify us and we will make sure the matter gets resolved. For all  Pre-made items, there are no refunds or returns for improper fit or buyer’s remorse. We highly recommend Express or Registered shipping for all international deliveries.  Since there is no way of tracking a package with “Normal Airmail”, we can not be responsible for the shipment or offer a refund for an item lost in the mail. The choices for domestic delivery depends on how quickly the item is needed. The  US postal system offers Express, Registered, and insured deliveries.

International Customs

Custom issues are out of our control. These taxes are imposed by government regulated agencies whose policies vary by country. We are not liable for any fees that become due upon delivery, and these charges are not included in your shipping cost. Please contact your local customs agency to inquire about any fees which will become due for dancewear, accessories, and shoes. They should be able to your questions as to what you may be responsible for upon delivery.
